Embed URL

• You can integrate the Web chat widget inside your website in 2 easy steps:
  • Copy the embed URL
  • Place this code just before the closing tag in your website code.

Preview

• A preview of the look & feel of your Web chat widget is shown on the right.
• Any changes you make to the Chat Aesthetics Settings are reflected in the preview.

Settings

• You can configure your Web chat widget as per your preferences via Settings.

Testing your Web chat widget

• On clicking the Test button, you are redirected to your dedicated testing page.
• This page mimics the behavior of the Web chat widget that would be observed once it is integrated in your website.
