Journey Summary

This table provides a view of conversations, active users and messages across all journeys in the bot.

• Total Conversations is the total number of conversations (sessions) created with the bot for a given time frame.
• Active Users is the total number of unique users who have exchanged at least one message (customer/bot) in the selected time frame.
• Total Messages is the total number of messages exchanged between the bot and the customer.
• Avg Messages Per Conversation is the average number of messages which were exchanged in a single conversation. This metric helps to understand the depth of the conversations.

• This line graph showcases the number of conversations, messages or users for your journeys versus time.
• You can compare a maximum of 5 journeys at once.
• You can select from the following options to compare your journeys:
  • Conversations (selected by default)
  • Messages
  • Users
