Audio Node

Introduction

The JB canvas has been introduced with one more node with frequently used use- cases. Audio node, which can be used by businesses to send audio messages to supported channels within the file format & size limitations imposed by the channels.
The supported channels of Audio node are: Web, Instagram, WhatsApp, GIP

Flexibility of the Node

  • File Upload: Bot designers can upload an audio file of a supported format.
  • Link a URL/Variable: Bot designers can link a URL or variable that contains the audio file.
  • Validation:
    • Uploaded files will be validated for format and size.
    • URLs/Variables will not be validated.
