Exit Nodes

Exit nodes show the most common steps where your customers are dropping off during their bot journey. Analysis of this metric can be used to reduce the hindrances and ensure a smooth journey for the customer.

For instance - In return-your-order journey, the bot Journey asks details like - name, purchase date and image of the bar code of the product, and most of the customers are dropping off at the bar code node, it indicates that the said node is creating a hindrance in the customer journey and thus it has to be replaced with a customer input which is easy and handy.

It is strongly recommended to enter Node Names on the Journey canvas.

This will help you in identifying the nodes uniquely and distinguish between nodes of the same type when viewing the Conversational Path and the Exit Nodes table.

You can also download Exit Nodes data using the Export option present besides the date filter.
