Getting Started with Console

Gupshup Console provides a single interface for brands to run campaigns, bots and help desk over multiple channels like WhatsApp, SMS, Web and Instagram.

For customers who are using Gupshup's legacy interfaces (on smsgupshup.com), Console also provides a single interface to login to multiple accounts (through Extensions).

Features available in Console are organised in "Projects". Customer's Organisation can have multiple projects and can switch between them from the top-left. Project Admins can also add users (admins and members) to projects and assign them specific feature modules (e.g. Campaign, Bot Studio). If you're using Wallet (only USD as of now), you can also see the usage within a project, in the Billing section.
