Introduction: The Agent Personality is the foundation of how your AI agent communicates with users. It defines the tone, behavior, response style, and introductory message used during conversations—ensuring every response feels consistent, aligned with your brand, and tailored to your audience.

Key Components of Agent Personality:

  1. Agent Name: The display name your agent uses in conversations (e.g., “Sia”, "John", "Alice"). It builds recognition and trust, gives your agent a humanized identity.
  2. Behavior: The underlying tone and mood of the agent. Sets the emotional tone of the conversation and ensures the agent reflects your brand values. Ex. Professional & Positive
  3. Language Style: The level of technicality and complexity in the agent’s language. Ensures the agent speaks in a way that resonates with your target users. Ex. Technical – Suited for expert audiences (e.g., developers, financial analysts)
  4. Emoji: Configure expressiveness of responses using emoji (Never/Occasionally/Frequently). Shapes the visual and emotional experience of each message.
  5. Additional Remarks: Free-text input that’s added to the system prompt to guide agent behavior in handling special scenarios & exceptions
  6. Greeting Message: The message your agent refers to while greeting the customer

Best Practices

  • Create a personality that reflect your brand voice
