Simple Steps to Retrieve Chat Data

  1. In the chat inbox, select the chat conversation you wish to download.

  2. Click on the "More" option within the chat interface.

  3. Choose "Download Transcript" from the available options.

  4. Select the date range for the data you want to include in the transcript. You can also opt to download data for the last 30 days.

  5. The chat conversation data will be compiled into a PDF format for easy access and reference.

This feature ensures that you have quick and convenient access to the chat data you need, making it easy to review, archive, or share customer interactions as required.
