You can use your Gupshup wallet to pay for whatsapp and Instagram usage on Converse.

Wallet is supported in INR and USD currencies. For INR wallets the KYC needs to be completed, before recharging the wallet, the KYC can be done using GSTIN number or PAN number for the business.

You can recharge your wallet by using the payment gateways available on Gupshup i.e Stripe (USD wallets), Razorpay (INR wallets).

Setting low balance alert

You can set low balance alerts, which enable Gupshup to send you emails reminding your to recharge your Gupshup wallet.

View your wallet usage

You can also view your wallet usage on the wallet home page and upon clicking on the view more page. You can also email the wallet statement to yourself and up to 2 additional email addresses.
