Sender health

Health is based on the volume of user feedback (blocks and spam reports) relative to the number of messages you send. A sender with a few negative reports but a high message volume can still be healthy. Truecaller does not publish its spam algorithm to protect users from malicious senders, and updates it regularly.

Status	Meaning	What to do
Healthy	No known issues with the sender.	Keep up good practice.
At Risk	Users have started flagging messages as spam.	Take corrective steps and message only opted-in users.
Restricted	Performance is too poor. The sender faces restrictions.	Resolve the cause of negative feedback. Restrictions apply meanwhile.

Health is assessed daily and drives tier upgrades and downgrades.
