Billing categories
How a message is classed for billing.
| Category | Definition |
|---|---|
| Domestic | A message submitted within the same country in which the sender ID is registered. |
| International | A message submitted to any country other than the one in which the sender ID is registered. |
| ILDO (International Long-Distance Operator) | A message submitted to end consumers in India using a sender ID or brand registered in a country other than India. |
| Conversation (2-way) | India only, with a 24-hour conversation window. Billing depends on who started the conversation and whether the other side replied. |
ExampleA brand registered in Nigeria sending to users in India is an ILDO message. A brand registered in India sending to users in India is a Domestic message.
