Promotional user limits
Caps that protect users from being over-targeted. They apply to promotional senders only.

| Per sender | A user can receive at most 4 promotional messages from one sender over a 28-day period. | Per sender |
| Across senders | If a user has received 3 promotional messages in a single day, further promotional messages from any sender are blocked. | Across senders |
| Premium users | Promotional messages are not sent to Truecaller Premium users. | Premium users |
When a limit is reached, Truecaller does not deliver further promotional messages to that user. Plan campaign frequency and audience selection with these caps in mind.
