Multiple senders

Brands must show effective targeting with an existing promotional sender before getting more.

When you can request another promotional sender

• At least one of the brand's promotional senders has been upgraded to Tier 2 or higher, and
• None of its promotional senders is in the restricted Tier 0.
  Each new promotional sender starts in Tier 1.

What is not allowed

• Sender rotation.
• Using multiple senders for the same use case to target the same users on the same day or week.
  

Different categories (for example, Transactional and Promotional) are not "multiple senders" for the same use case. You need a separate sender for each category.
