Daily sending tiers
A daily limit on messages per sender, set by recipient country and sender category.
New senders start at a lower volume. As long as users do not block or report spam, the sender can move up to higher daily limits. Limits exist so that businesses send relevant messages that users find valuable.
Tiers for users in India

Transactional senders can still be restrictedAlthough they start unlimited, volume may be restricted if users report or block the sender and it builds a high spam score.
Messages are also subject to content analysis, which lets Truecaller quickly detect misconfigurations or suspend senders. See Content guidelines.
