Switch over to the new Web channel

We have released a new Web channel with an assortment of bug fixes and an all-around smoother experience. For now, we have limited the changes you can perform to the settings for the older version i.e. WebApp.

To continue using our web channel services, please switch over to the new Web channel by May 1st 2024.

Reconfigure your settings

You can still view your Display Settings (chat aesthetics) and Welcome Message that you configured for the older WebApp channel.

• To do so, please visit the WebApp channel and click Skip on the popup.

• You can then visit the respective settings and view your previous selections.

You cannot make any changes to the settings for the older WebApp channel.

• Then visit the new Web channel and go to Settings.

• Reconfigure the settings you viewed on the older WebApp channel.

Note

• Display Settings has been renamed as Chat Aesthetics.
• Welcome Message has been renamed as Greeting Message.

Replace the embed URL on your website

• Remove the old embed URL from your website.
• Copy the new Embed URL from the new Web channel and insert it just before the closing </body> tag.
