Additionally, new static and dynamic segments allow for more precise and flexible audience lists. In Bot Studio, bot analytics now provide more precise insights by classifying user input separately from internal events, and the addition of JSON Handler and Expression Library nodes to legacy projects helps teams transition to newer versions more quickly. For Advertise, a new CTWA Chatbot Diagnostics feature ensures optimal performance before an ad goes live by providing real-time warnings for missing nodes. Lastly, Agent Assist simplifies user management with bulk user uploads and enhances BFSI compliance by enabling the masking of PII in messages and sending audit logs to the platform.

You can create one-time, static segments or dynamic segments that automatically refresh with new events or profile updates. You can now add users in bulk to Agent Assist by uploading a user list in a CSV file. This simplifies user management and saves you time.
Enhance BFSI Compliance
We've enhanced BFSI compliance by enabling the masking of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) in customer messages for enterprise brands. This ensures sensitive information is protected. Additionally, we are now sending audit logs to the platform, which can be shared with brands upon request to assist with compliance and record-keeping.
