Easier issue identification and debugging with internal error alerts
Design more complex conversational journeys with greater freedom. The node execution limit is now 80 (including delay nodes) for enhanced stability. Identify and fix potential issues faster with the new, explicit "Maximum node executions breached" error message, for quick issue resolution during testing.

The scraper seamlessly handles single-page application websites and JavaScript-enabled pages, making website training simpler and more powerful than ever.

Improved AI data quality with advanced PDF parser that read both tables and images
The new advanced parser gives you the flexibility to train your AI on complex PDFs, even those that contain images and nested tables. This is in addition to the the default parser for simple documents with only text data.

Understand your users and track performance metrics on your home page
Quickly see how your agents are performing with key metrics including Total Messages, Conversations and Active Users, now visible on your home page. It is updated every 3 hours and shows the last 30 days data, making it easier to understand user engagement and identify opportunities for optimization.

Enhanced security and stability with Node.js upgrade alert
This release includes an upgrade to Node.js v22.13, bringing improved security and long-term support. If you're using Custom Code Nodes or third-party Node.js packages, we recommend reviewing your code for compatibility and updating any deprecated dependencies. Need help? Smoother onboarding for RCS
Getting started with RCS just got easier. If there’s no existing setup linked to a project, users will now be guided through a self-serve onboarding flow—right inside Channels.
Once the setup is complete, users can quickly access everything they need to move forward: project details, templates, and test device screens—all in one streamlined experience.
This update simplifies setup and speeds up time-to-launch for RCS campaigns.

Enhanced branding with separation of brand logo and AI Avatar on web channel
Now you have more control on your branding for the web channel, with the ability to easily set your own avatar (for the chat header), in addition to the brand logo, creating a more engaging and personalized user experience.
